These brands were developed as product collections or product lines to market within specific consumer demographics that varied greatly by line .
All necessary statistics and consumer data for each product category were collected, reviewed and utilized in the development and launch of each unique product line under the umbrella of Classic Accessories corporate identity.
Not only was each product line developed with the target consumer in mind, but also a unique logo and packaging design was created for each line to maximize merchandising impact in our target retail store locations.
Successful brand management of John Deere licensed products and marketing for this iconic American brand.
Classic Accessories was a core licensee for John Deere accessory products. The products and brand were produced to John Deere's strict corporate guidelines.
An extensive marketing program was targeted to over 2500 John Deere dealers through the web, John Deere's corporate direct mail program and dealer tradeshows.
As the Director Of Marketing, I worked with all cross functional groups of Product Development, Sales, Creative Services, Marketing and the John Deere Corporate Licensing Group to execute the marketing and product launches of each of the above sub brands and licensed products.
